The health and well-being of our clients and our team are paramount at this unprecedented time. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we will follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and the State of Georgia to ensure that we keep families safe. We know, however, that family law problems can still occur and assure you that we are committed to providing the same level of compassionate and comprehensive representation.
Although these are challenging times, we are continuing to resolve family law cases on a temporary and final basis. Most hearings continue to be conducted remotely (telephonically and by video conference) and we are continuing to resolve cases through mediations and informal negotiations.
Our lawyers and staff continue to work as a team to meet our client’s needs in the most expeditious, safe, and personalized manner. Our offices will remain open. For your safety as well as the safety of our staff, we are conducting all initial consultations via telephone. Client meetings are now being conducted in person or by telephone.
If you do come to our office without a mask, please contact us prior to entry so that we may provide you with a mask.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at this time by calling (770) 475-2521 or by completing our case evaluation web form.
