The Reeder Law Firm is based in Atlanta, Georgia and is dedicated to every aspect of family law ranging from divorce and child custody to wills and trusts. Our attorneys know the importance of education and would like to help fund a students’ education through our scholarship program.
Every year one deserving law student will receive a $1,000 scholarship to help with funding of the upcoming school year. This scholarship will be awarded to one student each academic year beginning with the Fall Semester of 2017. Make sure to check our website regularly for deadlines, requirements, and to fill out the application below.
We will begin accepting applications on February 1, 2017. A completed online application (form below) and your video essay must be properly submitted by August 1, 2017 to be considered for the Scholarship. We will notify the selected recipient of the Scholarship no later than September 1.
- Full-time enrollment at an ABA Accredited law school or a law school accredited by the state bar association for the state in which the law school is located. Applicants must attend law school in the United States.
- 1-2 minute video essay explaining why you are pursuing a career in family law. Video should be creative! Tell us why you are the best candidate and why you deserve the scholarship. To submit your video essay, publish the video to your YouTube channel and title the video Reeder Law Firm Family Law Scholarship Video Essay and include this link https://www.reederlawfirm.com/student-scholarship/ in the description.
- Completion of the online Application below.
By submitting a video essay, the applicant grants the Reeder law Firm permission to copy, reproduce, and use the video essay submission (and any content contained within) on the Reeder Law Firm’s public website and the Reeder Law Firm Facebook page and other social media pages.
